We anticipate resuming racing on Monday 2 November. Five further fixtures will be hosted at Chelmsford City Racecourse in 2026, on 5 and 26 November then 3, 10 and 17 December.
A full 2027 fixture list will be confirmed in due course.
Can I purchase tickets for upcoming fixtures in 2026?
Tickets and hospitality for upcoming fixtures will be available for purchase soon. Please keep an eye on the website for updates.
I have an outstanding booking at CCR, how can I find out more information?
ARC’s lease represents a new chapter to Chelmsford City Racecourse, and we are very pleased for racing to return to the venue, under new management.
ARC recognises that the venue’s closure earlier this year caused considerable disappointment and there are customers awaiting refunds from outstanding bookings.
The business now operating Chelmsford City Racecourse is a new one, operated by ARC and has a lease on the venue. It has not taken over the previous business that operated the Racecourse, with whom ticket and hospitality bookings were made.
For more information on any outstanding purchases, ticket or hospitality bookings, please contact the previous operator, Sport & Leisure Property, via their website, www.sportleisureproperty.co.uk. Please select the 'Racecourse refunds' section of the contact form. Or you can email info@sportleisureproperty.co.uk
From Monday 5 October 2026, every booking and purchase made at Chelmsford City Racecourse will be made with ARC, the new operator of the venue, and will be subject to our own terms and conditions rather than any made prior to this time.
